The app runs on a three-pillar system: expense tracking, bill reminders, and budget envelopes. Each expense is logged with a single tap — choose from 12 pre-configured categories or create custom ones. The reminder engine supports one-time, daily, weekly, and monthly recurring alerts with optional snooze intervals of 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

Budget envelopes work on a first-come-first-spent model: allocate monthly limits for groceries, transportation, entertainment, and any other category. When an envelope reaches 80% capacity, the app sends a warning notification. At 100%, the category locks and requires manual override to add new expenses.

The dashboard displays a real-time pie chart of current spending distribution, a linear progress bar for each envelope, and a seven-day spending trend line. All data syncs automatically to a local SQLite database — no cloud account required.
