The Soundcore app is a technical control center developed by Anker for its complete lineup of audio hardware. This official companion application does not play music. It configures, updates, and manages your Soundcore devices. The app connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to a wide range of products, including in-ear headphones, over-ear headsets, sleep earbuds, portable speakers, and audio glasses. It is a single interface for optimizing sound output, updating firmware, and accessing technical support.
The application serves three core technical functions. First, it provides a graphic equalizer with multiple presets and a custom 8-band mode for fine-tuning frequency response. Second, it delivers over-the-air firmware updates to keep your device stable and feature-complete. Third, it offers direct access to user manuals and customer support channels. The app requires a user account for full functionality. Once logged in, the Bluetooth scanning feature automatically discovers nearby Soundcore devices for quick pairing.

- Sound Customization: Access a multi-band equalizer with presets (Bass Up, Podcast, Classical, Acoustic) and a custom mode for manual adjustment of specific frequencies. Some devices support HearID, a personalized hearing profile generated through an in-app test.
- Firmware Management: Receive automatic notifications for available firmware updates. The app handles the download and installation process directly to your connected device over Bluetooth.
- Device Discovery and Control: The app scans for and lists all compatible Soundcore devices within Bluetooth range. It displays battery levels, current connection status, and control options like ambient sound mode (noise cancellation and transparency) for supported earbuds.
- Product Catalog and Purchase: Browse the full Soundcore product lineup through an integrated WebView interface. You can view specifications, compare models, and purchase new devices directly within the application.
