House Designer: Fix & Flip delivers a granular, step-by-step renovation simulation that mirrors real-world home flipping. Developed by Karate Goose Studio, this casual game puts you in the role of a property restorer who must clear, repair, and decorate a decrepit home from the ground up. The initial state of the house is not just untidy—it is actively unlivable, with walls covered in holes, carpets stained beyond recognition, and furniture infested with bedbugs and termites. Your first task is to remove all visible trash, including discarded bottles, pizza boxes, and general debris, before you can even begin structural repairs.
The game enforces a realistic workflow that demands tool switching and task sequencing. Before you can pick up a single piece of garbage, you must equip protective gloves from the inventory wheel on the right side of the screen. When cleaning begins, you switch to a broom. For wall repair, you select wallpaper rolls to cover holes and patch surfaces. Each action requires the correct tool at the correct time—no shortcuts, no skipping steps. This mechanical fidelity extends to the entire restoration process, from floor sanding to furniture replacement.
Your starting budget is deliberately limited, forcing you to prioritize repairs and earn income gradually. As you complete each room and restore its functionality, you unlock additional funding for larger projects.
