This is a turn-based squad management RPG with a focus on crew synergy and positional combat. You assemble a team from a roster of over 40 unique characters, each with a distinct class (Swordsman, Navigator, Sniper, Doctor, Archaeologist, Shipwright, Musician) that dictates their role in battle. The core loop involves navigating a node-based map of the Grand Line, engaging in 5v5 tactical battles, and managing ship upgrades between voyages.

• Tactical Turn-Based Combat: Position your crew in front, mid, or back lines. Each position modifies damage output, defense, and skill range. A Swordsman in the front line taunts enemies, while a Sniper in the back line deals critical damage to exposed flanks. Every battle requires manual formation adjustments based on the enemy's leader type.
• Crew Synergy System: Characters from the same arc or with shared backstories trigger passive "Bond" buffs. Pairing a Navigator with a Shipwright increases ship speed and evasion. Placing a Doctor next to a Musician extends healing range. The game tracks these hidden connections; you discover them through trial and error.
• Ship Customization & Upgrade Hub: Your ship is the mobile base. You allocate resources to upgrade the Galley (increases crew stamina), the Crow's Nest (extends exploration range), and the Cannons (provides ship-to-ship combat options during sea events).
